  11. I'm having a problem with the System 7.1.1.1 tuneup file. I grabbed it 
  12. twice (from two apple.com locations), but I get the same error when I try 
  13. to unpack it using BinHex 4.0, to wit "CRC($5FB3) error". If I try to run 
  14. the resultant file, I get a "...cannot because an error -39 occurred." 
  15. message. Am I doing something wrong, or is the file damaged? It looks to 
  16. me like a CRC error, which is a transmission error usually.... but two 
  17. times in a row?
